1Product Introduction

The CKM2008 Meter Reading and Accounting Training System is our company's first simulation system designed and developed specifically for meter reading and accounting training in China. At present, this system is distributed in more than 20 provincial-level administrative regions across the country, and has been widely recognized by the user departments. It has also been designated by the power grid company as a special product for the meter reading and accounting competition of the Agricultural Power Industry Competition. It consists of a meter reading training device and a meter reading accounting training software. This system can simulate the operation of various users' power grids, meter relationships, and meter data, and can perform meter reading and accounting work in marketing business. The system can be used to train and assess students to understand the total score relationship of energy meters, correctly use various meter reading methods, correctly read various types of electricity meter data, judge meter abnormalities, and calculate typical users' electricity bills based on this, mastering meter reading and accounting skills. All abnormal errors are completely controlled by the program. The question bank has a large quantity and a wide range, which not only includes the judgment of abnormal states inside and outside the electric energy meter, but also allows for the setting of more meter abnormal states through simulation tables, such as sudden increase and decrease, over cycle, etc.

The CKM2008 reading and verification training simulation device mainly trains meter reading and billing accountants, electricity inspectors, electricity inspectors, and power load control personnel.

2、 Functioncharacteristic

The device can be connected to up to 15 single-phase, three-phase three wire, or three-phase four wire energy meters;

▲ Each meter can be set with current transformer ratio and voltage transformer ratio;

▲ Abnormalities in the programmable energy meters at various levels (voltage loss, current loss, reverse sequence, etc.)

▲ The magnitude and angle values of the output current and voltage of the programmable power supply;

▲ It has a countdown clock display function, and the specific time can be set by the instructor at will;

▲ The equipment is equipped with a simulation table, and the teacher can remotely control each simulation table through a computer (edit the parameters inside the meter, set anomalies inside the table, and simulate the same buckle relationship set by on-site users);

▲ Use a handheld infrared meter reader to batch record electricity meter data;

▲ Set up a wireless communication module to achieve wireless copying of electricity meter data;

▲ Develop concentrator tasks and batch record electricity meter data.

Meter reading training function:

▲ Manual meter reading: Candidates record various meter readings (single-phase, three-phase three wire, three-phase four wire) based on the meter reading card and meter information;

Handheld infrared meter reading device for meter reading: Candidates automatically download the meter information from the exam questions to the meter reading device through software. Candidates use the meter reading device to read the meter through infrared, and then automatically upload the data to the computer;

▲ Concentrator meter reading: Set up the concentrator through load software, develop a plan for batch energy data collection, and the concentrator automatically reads multiple types of electricity meters (DL645 multifunctional meter, ABB multifunctional meter, LANDIS multifunctional meter) and can automatically store the recorded data. The software controls the meter reader to upload meter data as needed;

Wireless meter reading: By using wireless transmitters and receivers, meter data is wirelessly recorded and uploaded to a computer;

▲ Abnormal inspection: Candidates will identify various abnormalities in the electricity meter based on its operating status on site (such as voltage loss, current loss, sudden increase, decrease, reversal, missing seal, card reading, etc.) and record them.

Accounting training function:

Each electric energy meter can serve as a measuring point and be combined into multiple interlocking relationships (high supply high meter, high supply low meter, low supply low meter);

The software can automatically generate up to 13 months of historical monthly data for the electricity meter based on user information and measurement methods in the exam questions;

Teachers can simulate questions based on on-site users, and the software can automatically calculate users' electricity bills based on the teacher's questions and generate detailed electricity bill calculation processes, including copied electricity consumption, transformer losses, line losses, loss sharing, basic electricity bills, power factor, electricity cost per kilowatt hour, surcharges, adjusted electricity bills, payable electricity bills, etc.

Question bank management function:

The meter reading and accounting training software provides a standardized question bank for electrician skill assessment, covering primary, intermediate, and technician question banks that meet the requirements; Training teachers can also establish a dedicated question bank according to their own needs, and can add and modify it; Automatically generate test questions with the same difficulty but different content based on different exam or training requirements; The query conditions can be set arbitrarily for the test questions; All test results can be stored and printed out.

Exam function:

▲ The software can provide a meter reading list and print meter reading cards;

▲ Equipped with voice automatic prompt function, used to indicate "exam start, last five minutes, exam end, etc.";

▲ The trainer can set load capacity, measurement method, load type, and buckle relationship, etc; Real time communication between coaches and students, online question generation by coaches, answering by students on client networks, and transmission of test papers, etc; Automatically provide answers to accounting questions. Different training exam questions can be given to different students; The assessment includes copying meter data, recording meter anomalies, calculating electricity bills, etc.

After the exam, the exam papers can be automatically generated and saved to the database. Teachers can query the exam papers based on various conditions, view the exam questions and answers of candidates, compare and view the answers of candidates, and score candidates.
